Enter through the main gate of the ornate temple. Remove footwear and cover your head. The temple has a gold-plated dome that was gifted by Mughal Emperor Akbar (who initially tried to disprove the flames).
Enter the sanctum to see the nine eternal natural flames (Jwalas) that burn without any fuel source. These blue flames emerge from the rock crevices and have burned for thousands of years. They represent different forms of the Goddess.
Visit the Gorakh Dibbi, a natural cave-like pit near the main temple where a flame burns underground. This is associated with the Nath tradition and Guru Gorakhnath.
Receive prasad from the temple. Visit the brass lamp and gold-plated dome. The temple complex has various smaller shrines worth visiting before exiting.
